Obituary of Diana M. Parmelee

Diana M. Parmelee, age 77, of Penn Yan, NY passed away on Friday, August 30th, 2024 at Geneva General Hospital.

Diana was born in Rochester, NY on October 26th, 1946, the daughter of the late, Charles and Daisy (Randall) Hall.

She is survived by her daughter, Lauren (David Havens) Moran; son, Paul (Sharon) Scowcroft of TN; grandsons, Tucker Parmelee and Joshua Oswald; sisters and brother, Donna Marusarz, Edward (Anne) Hall, Ruth Baker, Susan Gibson, Sara (Paul) Hansen, Rebecca (Randy) Johnson of TN, and Amy (Kenneth) Jerby of KS; sister-in-law, Cherly Hall; as well as, several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Diana was predeceased by her son, Donald Moran; grandson, Tyler Travis; brothers, Jon Hall and Aaron Hall; and brothers-in-law, David Marusarz, Donald Baker and Dana Gibson.

Family and friends may call from 10 am to 11 am on Saturday, September 21st, 2024 at the Second Milo Baptist Church, 1964 Second Milo Rd., Penn Yan, NY 14527. A memorial service celebrating her life will follow at 11 am at the church, Rev. David Daniels officiating.
