Dear Joyce,
We were truly heartbroken to learn of Jeffrey's passing. Please accept our deepest condolences during this unimaginably difficult time. While no words can fully capture the sorrow of losing someone so dear, we hope you find solace in the love and support that surrounds you.
Please know that you are in our thoughts, and we are here for you in any way we can offer support.
With all our sympathy, Faye & Jim Castner
I grew up down the street from Jeff. He was such a nice guy, would always wave or stop for a chat when he rode by on his bicycle. Heaven has gained an angel.
Jeff was a good friend who I knew over the years from age 6 as well as his parents. I have a lot of good memories of Jeff and will miss him. My condolences go out to his family.
I love to hear him laugh while we rode our bikes Up and down Cornwall Street and on Elm when we were kids a.k.a. buddy
Rip jeff my condolences to the family God bless you
Larhams playground, he was a good kind soul! Bless you my friend
So many memories! We used to speed in the wheelchair at the mall when he met his girlfriend for lunch. We loved the walkie talkie pranks. His handle was Green Machine. Mine was Bomber. We laughed till we had tears rolling so many times. Jeff was one of the few who got away with and always called me Pamela.
Over and out Green Machine. I’ll see ya on the other side.
Jeff loved his bike. He would ride to Fitch Auto to visit Mike Flood. One day he asked Mike for his daughter’s hand in marriage. Mike asked him if Heather knew about it. Jeff laughed.
