Obituary of Jeffrey W. Manley

Jeffrey Manley, age 59, of Penn Yan, NY, passed away on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at the Homestead. Jeff was born on August 3, 1965 in Penn Yan. Jeff loved spending time with his family and eating out. He also enjoyed watching NASCAR, doing puzzles, and talking on the phone with his family and friends. He is predeceased by his father, Jerry Manley, Sr. He is survived by his mother, Joyce Manley of Penn Yan, NY; a sister, Judy Hoover of Penn Yan, NY; and a brother Jerry (Kim) Manley of Rochester, NY; along with several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Jeff was truly one of a kind, and so deeply loved by his family. A Celebration of Life for Jeff will be held on Saturday, August 2, 2025 at 1:00 pm at the Penn Yan Moose Lodge, 301 E. Elm St., Penn Yan, NY.
