Debra, My heart is heavy knowing that you are gone. But i am relieved that you are no longer suffering. In the many years you were at the Arc of Steuben i learned so much from you. You molded me into a supervisor and i didn't even realize it. You gave me the confidence that i was lacking to be a leader. You were always there to listen and help me think things out when i was down. I could always talk to you in confidence and know it would stay that way. you always had time for me for any reason. You kept our team together even though our offices were apart. You were a true inspiration for our team. Thank you for Everything. You will truly be missed.

Debra...it is with a heavy heart that I light this candle. Although it has been a long journey for you it still feels like it was yesterday....of my 29 yrs in the transportation world you my "Boss" for 17 of them. Because of your this is what I want and we,"The Team" can do it attitude many great things were accomplished...from building a premier transportation system to traveling around NYS to help design and execute the 1st mobile bus simulator in the state or off to Texas to become safe driving instructors and the list goes on...you always expected professionalism and to be sure we had fun along the way.
