Celebration of Life for both Ed & Barb
Condolences
Ron and my Dad became good friends. Dad sold him milking equipment and Ron sold us 3 Badger unloading wagons and 3 silo unloaders. Some of the best equipment around in those days. When I would go to the Gifford dairy barn with him to install equipment, Jeff, Rodney and I would play until Dad needed a hand. We were about the same age. And I would help Ron install silo unloaders at our farm. He was fond of ‘never seize’ so the bolts wouldn’t rust from silage acid. I was thankful for that when we had to repair something. Still remember riding our snowmobiles from our place to Giffords on about the coldest night of the winter. After racing around the house and field a few times, it was hot chocolate and cookies before heading home. Good memories from long ago. Wish we could make the memorial service but plans have us at our sons in North Carolina that week for Thanksgiving. God bless you all. Jerry
I met Mr Gifford back when I played basketball for his daughter Val, both him & Mrs Gifford were wonderful people & will be dearly miss. My condolences to all the Gifford family
I was listening to the song Laurie posted on Facebook this morning. It reminds us, it is in God’s plan. So sorry for your loss. Your Dad was a great man. Bob & Irene VanDelinder.
