Dr. Soule was the best pediatrician. I will never forget the night when he met me at his office to examine my son who had a terrible ear infection. I did not have to take my son to the emergency room, and Dr. Soule was able to start him on an antibiotic. And this was 3am in the morning! He was so kind! My condolences to the family..

My condolences to the family. As a child, I was a patient of Dr. Soule Sr. then Dr. David. When I grew up, he was pediatrician to my two daughters. He had a call-in hour (7-8 am) everyday where he personally picked up the phone and answered questions or concerns. Many times he met me as a young mother at his N. Goodman St. office when the girls were infants and had ear infections on the weekend and once when one of them as a toddler needed stitches from a fall on a Sunday morning. “Dedicated pediatrician” are not strong enough words to describe him. His caring attitude always brought comfort. May your memories keep him close to your heart.

My condolences to Peggy, their adult children, grandchildren and great grandchild. I have vast memories of Dave starting when I was three and spanning the next 50 years while he was my pediatrician, the father of my childhood friends, my employer, and a close friend of my parents. I witnessed him do so much good in the world. I will remember him as an upstanding role model with a kind and sensitive soul. May fond memories bring comfort to the Soule family.

Our condolences to Peggy and all the family. Dr. Soule was so dedicated to children, it was a joy to work with him and Stan. We remember the first time he examined our daughter in the hospital and the delight as if she was the first patient he saw.

My condolences for the loss of such a wonderful man and pediatrician. I am 59 years old and I was originally a child patient of Dr. Soule Sr. until Dr David Soule took over. I swear I can still hear his calm yet stern voice telling me to stop wiggling so he could examine me! Those were the days that pediatricians made housecalls. Over the years, I have crossed paths with family members of Dr. Soule and always wished I could have seen him one more time to tell him how wonderful i thought he was.

I'm sure there are so many other families who feel the same...thank you Dr. Soule for being such a wonderful part of my childhood memories.
