Condolences
I met Harry while we both served in the national guard.
He was definitely one of a kind. I was lucky enough to have gone on a few deployments with Harry. It was on deployments where I got to know Harry. He was a very interesting man. He could always make us laugh.
I also learned about Sugar Hill and the family he was so proud of. I heard many stories of Meg and all nine of his children. Harry loved life, he loved meeting new friends. I do believe he never met a stranger.
He certainly was a great man. A wonderful friend, most of all he was a devoted husband and father to Meg and his nine children.
My sincere condolences to all his family. Especially his children.
