James “Dudley” Miller, age 65, of Penn Yan, NY passed away on Friday, November 6th, 2020 at the Homestead Nursing Home in Penn Yan.
Dudley was born on January 14th, 1955 in Penn Yan, NY, the son of the late Ray and Kathryn (VanAmringe) Miller. Dudley graduted from Penn Yan Academy Class of 1973. He worked construction all over the United States. He was an avid Yankees and Cowboys fan, and enjoyed to read. He loved rock music and had traveled as a roadie with several rock bands. Dudley's travels around the states touched the hearts of all who knew him.
James is survived by his daughter, Katie (John) Matson and granddaughters, Autumn Skie David and Lillian Jordan Matson all of Whitney Point, NY; brother, M. Joseph Miller; sister, Melody (Frank) Ellis; niece, Christy Swarts; and many wonderful friends too numerous to mention. In addition to his parents, Dudley was predeceased by his brother, Rance E. Miller on October 12th, 2020 and his Paternal and Maternal Grandparents and serval aunts and uncles.
