I did not know him long but it was not necessary to see he was a kind loving man who enjoyed life, friends and family. I was thrilled to be numbered in that group and will cherish the memories we made till I leave this world.

I was lucky to have this man in my family as a brother in law.

But Bill was so much more than a brother in law. He was someone I could turn to in days of doubt. Oh the memories we shared. I will miss you, dear brother in law, I will miss you. And the way he loved my sister was just awesome. You seen the love he had for her. Shawn Whiting, you have so many memories that most of us couldn't possibly understand. R.I.P. dear brother in law.
